In the basic game the 2 players sit across from each other, and dela out 7 cards in a line between them. The person who did not deal the cards goes first. The video instructions for playing Pyramath are online at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eVoqConZtwA
- Each player plays off of their side of the original 7 cards.
- In any play the player may draw from the discard pile or the top of the deck and attempt to play a card using all four operators between any cards.
- If a player can make a play, they draw another card and continue play.
- If they cannot make a play they discard to the discard pile and play shifts to the other player.
- Two 0 cards side by side are considered wild and any card can be played on them.
Once a player discards a card, the play shifts to the other player who plays off of their side of the 7 original cards.
Play progresses until either no more plays can be made (a draw) or one player finishes the pyramid and wins the game.
